Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy governs the conditions under which exchanges are accepted by Cut Curve Cast. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

• To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a mandatory opening video of the package as proof. Without this video, no exchange requests will be processed.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Ceramic products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation

• Customized or made-to-order ceramic products

• Items without original packaging

• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions

3. Exchange Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved:

• A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability)

• If the same product is not available, an alternative product of equal value may be offered

Note: We offer exchange only. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

In case of damaged or incorrect ceramic products, customers may opt for:

• A replacement product (subject to availability)

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
